Community of Practice Events
Please note that registration for this event is now closed. On January 25, 2013, the Community of Practice on Youth Educational Attainment Partnerships will be hosting a learning circle on positive youth development, the approach which underlies United Way Toronto’s Youth Impact Plan. This peer-learning event will be a facilitated, participatory process that will draw on the expertise, knowledge and experiences of presenters/panelists and of the participants.
The workshop will include:
- A presentation on PYD research/evidence review
- A Panel sharing ways in the PYD approach can be embedded in everyday work
Participants will also actively engage in a discussion on how the Positive Youth Development model can help us to collectively achieve greater impact related to youth educational attainment.
