Senior Research Analyst

BASIC FUNCTION: We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 5 years senior expertise in social research and project management, with post-graduate education in urban and community studies, the social sciences, or a related field, and with advanced expertise in geo-mapping. Knowledge of the social services sector and the socio-economic and public policy issues affecting Toronto communities is a must. You must be an excellent communicator with advanced knowledge of publicly accessible databases, and with highly developed analytical and writing skills.

Reporting to the Director of Research, The Senior Research Analyst undertakes major research projects in support of United Way’s strategic directions and priorities. The Senior Analyst will design and implement research undertakings and write reports, provide geo-mapping services, act as a representative of United Way in cross-sectoral research activity, and oversee externally contracted research projects.

Associate Direct Marketing Manager

BASIC FUNCTION: Reporting to the Manager, Direct Response the incumbent will manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts that support United Way through corporate and workplace employee programs.
