Student Climb
THANK YOU FOR CLIMBING!
Student Team Climb Award 2012
This year’s winning school taking home the Student Team Climb Award is Northern Secondary High School!
They pulled together the largest team, showed the most spirit and took home the trophy! The winning school keeps the trophy (and all bragging rights that go with it) until a new champion is crowned next year. Northern Secondary High School's name and year of victory will be inscribed onto the trophy.
Thank you students! You stepped up by taking part in the 2012 Enbridge CN Tower Climb for United Way — we’re hoping to exceed last year’s amount of over $2.3-million, so keep fundraising! You have until Friday, November 16, 2012 to gather pledges.
We’re also excited to mention that we had almost 11,000 climbers take part in this year’s Enbridge CN Tower Climb for United Way. Each step you took has brought us closer to reaching our overall fundraising goal of $2.5-million this year.
Because you gave, we are able to help people move from poverty to possibility. Because you volunteered your time, fundraising and gathering pledges, we are able to build healthy people and strong communities. And because you took action, we are helping kids be all they can be. We can’t continue to do this vital work without you — by coming together at the Enbridge CN Tower Climb for United Way, we’re able to build a better city for everyone.
One step at a time, you’ve done so much to help make this a better city for all.
We also want to extend a special thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors, partners, donors, community members, and other participants who made the CN Tower Climb happen.
YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO FUNDRAISE FOR UNITED WAY!
You can log in to your personal fundraising page and continue gathering pledges until Friday, November 16, 2012 by 5 p.m. EST. You can help create opportunities for a better life for everyone in our community by fundraising past the minimum pledge amount. Of the pledges you gather, 100% of the funds will directly go to United Way Toronto, helping support a wide network of health and social service agencies serving our community.
