On Wednesday, May 19, 2010 over 50 GenNext women networked with likeminded women, gained valuable insight on Leadership giving and purchased art made by local women artists at Sistering’s Inspiration and Spun Studios. Harleen Bains, Managing Director, Interest Rate Derivatives at RBC Capital Markets shared her experiences and views on how philanthropy has played an integral role in her leadership development.
